Renting and cleaning – hand in hand

Home cleaning is usually required for comfortableness, beauty and healthy living environment in a house or flat. Whether it is a pack of quick and simple daily routine chores or a deep and thorough one off sanitising, the procedure is determined to reduce the germs, dust and unpleasant dirtiness.
There is no specific disinfecting procedure, though, that comes out from different reasons – the end of tenancy cleaning. In this type of top-to-bottom sterilising the lease relationship between landlords and tenants appears. So, end of tenancy cleaning is not a typical disinfecting for more convenience at home or for refreshment of the surrounding you live in.

End of lease sanitising is a duty that is strictly signed and written in your renting contract! Tidying up doesn’t depend on your good will or on your personal affinity to purity and elegance. It depends on the legal issues you have agreed with, when you decided to live as a tenant. See more about renting and cleaning that go hand in hand:

When you rent a house for long, make sure you read the contract carefully! There is a big chance that somewhere between the lines, there is a clause for end of lease sanitising. Usually, this clause isn’t voluntary, but obligatory. This means that if you fail, there will be a sanction for you!

Sanctions, on the other hand, may be two. According to the first one, a lack of end of tenancy cleaning or a badly performed one leads to loss of your tenancy deposit! The rental deposit is a sum of money you give in advance to the landlord as a guarantee that you will put the property in a presentable condition, when you leave it. Meanwhile, some lease contracts consist of bigger sanctions – you may be charged for the mess you leave behind in the property, for example!

When you perform the moving out disinfecting in the tenement, there is something typical. You are obliged to sanitise the area and the objects that don’t belong to you, while all your personal stuffs may be packed even dirty or non-sanitised! What you have to do in end of tenancy cleaning is to finish the renting period the way you started. Remind yourself how the property looked like, when you entered it the very first time and make it look like that again, when you leave! That’s the whole story!
