Energising yourself before a big event/project/undertaking

If you know that you have a big event or project coming up, it is very important to find the energy to deal with it the best way you can. There are few pieces of advice that can really do miracles:

* A good morning routine. When you know you have a big meeting at work today, you should make an effort and present yourself at your best. In order to be awake, alert and responsive you need to have an excellent morning routine. 
 
Everyone would like to sleep until at least 9 o’clock but you should remember that “It is the early bird that catches the worm.” Get up. Do some yoga, Pilates or stretching exercises. Make yourself a tasty and healthy breakfast and a cup of strong coffee or tea and you are good to go.

* Music. Your mood dictates what kind of music you want to listen to. But what kind of music you listen can also dictate your mood. Make a track list that includes songs that make you feel like you can conquer the world. Listen to it every time you are ahead of some kind of a challenge and you will have great attitude to begin with.

* Organisation. If you can teach yourself to be organised, you will significantly improve your life. If you know what you want and also know exactly what you have to do to get it, then nobody and nothing can stop you. The more smoothly things run, the more energetic and positive you feel, the faster you will finish. Plan your seasonal or post tenancy cleaning at least 2 weeks in advance and the process will run much more easily! Prepare all the things that you will need and have a clear idea of what you should start and finish with.

Knowing how to find the right energy and attitude to cope with things is essential for all aspects of your life. A bar of chocolate or different energy drinks can help you occasionally to get through a long night. But they are not enough to help you to be successful in life in general.
